  • .NET Web Application Developer

    Job Description

    Design and implement technology solutions for clients, including solving complex, web-based marketing challenges and communicating those solutions to our clients.  Engage in projects featuring social networks, content management systems, widget and gadget development, e-commerce, and data visualization.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong working knowledge of MVC and the .NET framework (4.0) as well as the ability to lead and work as part of a high performance team in a fast-paced environment are key factors for success in this role.

    This is an onsite, fulltime position.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in ASP.NET, developing websites and applications
    • Experience programming web applications using ASP.NET 4.0 with C# and MVC 3
    • 2+ years experience using HTML and JavaScript to create websites
    • Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005 or 2008 using complex queries and stored procedures
    • Web development skills: JQuery, AJAX, and CSS
    • College degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills (oral and written)

    Additional Helpful Experience

    • SharePoint 2007 or 2010 experience
    • Mobile development (iPhone, Android, or any native or web app)
    • E-commerce solutions
    • PHP, Perl, or Flash knowledge
    • Ruby on Rails
    • Content Management Systems (e.g., Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress)

  • Project Manager

    Job Description

    The project manager is responsible for successfully managing projects through the project lifecycle,   ensuring project objectives are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.  The project manager is also responsible for leading implementation and adherence to internal processes, and for managing resource allocation and scheduling for overall workload.

    This is an on-site, fulltime position. 

    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years professional project management experience, preferably in an agency setting
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong team-building and team leadership skills
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Experience with Microsoft Project preferred

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead resource planning and management based on in-house projects, revenue forecasts and rapidly changing workflow requirements
    • Manage projects through their lifecycle, ensuring quality as well as timing and budget objectives
    • Demonstrate a strong command of projects, including overall objectives and mastery of details
    • Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones
    • Identifying, tracking, managing, and resolving project issues
    • Ensuring and leading proactive communications with all project stakeholders, including both client and internal stakeholders
    • Ensuring standard processes and best practices are followed during project development
    • Leading and developing project post-mortems, identifying successes and opportunities for improvement
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Sharepoint/.NET Developer

    Job Description

    Develop, implement, and maintain the technical design of new and existing SharePoint and .NET sites, content, and custom applications. Build a relationship with our clients and Sanger & Eby team members through continuous communication. Contribute to the growth of Sanger & Eby’s knowledge and expertise in SharePoint and .NET.

    Qualifications

    • Multiple years of SharePoint Server 2010 development and administration
    • Multiple years of ASP.NET 4.0 and C# web site and web application development
    • Experience developing SharePoint custom web parts using ASP.NET 4.0+, C#, and SQL Server
    • Knowledge of SharePoint Designer 2010 site design features, reports, and workflow design
    • Experience implementing SharePoint Collaboration Tools (document libraries, calendar lists, custom lists, etc.)
    • Proficiency with Visual Studio 2010 development environment and tools
    • Strong web development skills using HTML, JQuery, CSS, etc.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication (oral and written) skills

    Additional Helpful Experience

    • Experience with customization of WSS and MOSS site templates and development of new templates
    • Proficient with SharePoint Web Services, CAML, SOAP
    • Experience with WSP Builder and Bamboo Web Parts
    • Mobile development (mobile web sites or native iPhone/Android development)
    • Experience using Subversion for source code version control
    • Any additional web development experience a plus
