Lisa Sanger

Lisa Sanger

Partner, Creative Director

A partner of Sanger & Eby, Lisa is the firm’s creative director and chief strategist. With decades of experience in leading teams who develop high level application systems and action-oriented solutions, Lisa plans and develops projects for retailing, financial and healthcare clients. She has won numerous awards for her work, as well as the Governor’s Award from the State of Ohio; she was also one of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s 40 Under 40 and has been featured for the company’s work in industry publications. Lisa frequently serves as a judge for prestigious industry awards, and on the Board of the College of Mount St. Joseph.

Donna Eby

Donna Eby

Partner, Chief Financial Officer

Sanger & Eby founding partner Donna Eby leads strategic direction and new client development as well as operations for Sanger & Eby. She has a deep commitment to delivering innovative, effective solutions for clients and continually drives the Sanger & Eby team to find newer, smarter, and more efficient ways of working to deliver ever-improving results. With a solid history of leadership within the industry; Donna is past Chair of the Better Business Bureau and has served as the President of the AdClub Cincinnati, and the College of Mount St. Joseph Alumni Board. Donna is a member of the board of Lighthouse Youth Services and chairs the organization’s Lighthouse Foundation Board.

Mike Welch

Mike Welch

Chief Technology Officer

Mike heads Technology Consulting and Solutions for Sanger & Eby, leading technology strategy and innovating technology strategy for clients, as well as directing all web and application development. His industry experience includes developing applications used in the Automotive, Retail, Financial Services, and Healthcare industries. Mike is an innovative problem-solver, gracefully bridging the gap between the business need and the technology, and he understands how to adapt tools and systems to fit the needs of the client.

His creative leadership and passion for technology are key factors in the development of elegant, streamlined business solutions that leverage technology to the fullest extent. He joined the firm from SDRC, an international software development company, where he was involved in all phases of software development lifecycle in the U.S. and abroad, collaborating with global partners as the European Product Support Manager.

Kat Jenkins

Kathleen (Kat) Jenkins

Vice President, Strategic Planning

With a deep background in interactive marketing strategies and implementations, Kat has built successful solutions that deliver measurable ROI for a wide range of companies and clients, including Macy’s, Inc., Procter & Gamble, Meridian Bioscience, Unifund, Brown Shoe Company, ConAgra Foods, and Hobsons, a division of The London Daily Mail.

Kat is a social media expert, specializing in strategy, content, and messaging planning; her expertise in SEO provides a unique understanding of how social media and search marketing work together, and how to leverage that for outstanding results: the social media strategy for Macy’s Recruiting increased candidate engagement and helped Macy’s successfully reach out to highly sought-after “passive “ candidates.

Kat came to Sanger & Eby from interactive relationship marketing agency Possible Worldwide, where she managed digital for Procter & Gamble brands Vicks, the Align national launch, Pringles, Luvs, and Prilosec OTC; she also ran her own successful independent consulting practice for four years.

Trevor Minton

Trevor Minton

Associate Creative Director

Trevor has a passion for solving problems in interesting and innovative ways that bring about memorable results. With more than a decade of design experience, he has a strong focus on user experience, information architecture, and accessibility, and designs with users at the heart of everything he does.

Minton leads major initiatives for Sanger & Eby clients, including Macy’s Career Path Builder, a dynamic interactive career mapping tool that captures the flexibility of career paths within the Macy’s organization, and which provides a definitive advantage for the company in the highly competitive recruiting field. Minton is a key player in major projects for other clients, including Fifth Third Bank, Turner Construction, and Titan America.

Prior to joining Sanger & Eby, he was senior designer at HyperQuake, where he worked with multiple Procter & Gamble brand managers and marketing teams on creative concepting and development for upstream projects. His experience has given him equal footing in print media and interactive design, a balance crucial to achieving success in the modern business world.

A University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning graphic design graduate, Minton has worked at Sanger & Eby for the past five years in both print media and interactive design, winning multiple awards along the way, including the ADDYs® and Graphic Design America Awards .

Jay is the desired combination of technologist and business person, understanding the full landscape of the programs and systems he develops rather than just the technology component. Highly skilled in innovative problem-solving and solution development, Jay delivers value and innovation to our clients every day.

As the strategic and technical lead for Macy’s customer feedback systems for more than half a decade, Jay streamlined systems, increased efficiency and productivity, and helped Macy’s build solid business results with ever-increasing levels of customer satisfaction. He has built meaningful relationships with the clients he works with both here and abroad. With an affinity for developing tools that solve problems to make someone or something perform better, Jay has honed his natural forte for research and focus group data interpretation into a razor sharp tool for solving business problems and adding maximum value.
