Sanger & Eby created the system architecture, designed the user interface and developed a custom web-based solution that enables all parties to work within one system. The system is comprised of two independent web tools that connect vendors with Macy’s locations nationwide. One tool is accessed by the vendors with a secure login; the other tool is accessed by store personnel seamlessly through their intranet. All data is stored securely with the corporate network behind corporate firewalls. All business logic was developed using the .NET programming language as required by the client.
Over the years, as new programs were developed and rolled-out the two web tools have been enhanced to add efficiencies and additional security.
