Accessibility statement

Sanger & Eby is committed to creating digital experiences that provide an equitable, engaging experience for users of all abilities. As such, we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards, and in some cases, we have also met Level AAA success criteria.

But the digital landscape evolves almost daily and while we pride ourselves on keeping up with the changes, there might be some things that just aren’t quite right. If you encounter accessibility barriers while using our website, we welcome you to contact us at:

We’ll try to respond to feedback within 2 business days about a resolution or if we have questions, and we’ll try to correct the issue as soon as possible.

We have:

  • used standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to power the site – if you use a browser that honors these standards, you should be able to navigate this site
  • included navigational aids such as semantic elements and skip navigation links on all pages to help users move around more quickly
  • made every component accessible via mouse, keyboard, or touch
  • added focus styles to images, links, forms, and other focusable elements to aid in keyboard navigation
  • done our best to ensure headings follow a logical order
  • provided structural markup to aid in page comprehension
  • provided alternative text on all contextual images and non-text elements
  • selected colors to ensure there is sufficient contrast
  • tested work using Narrator and Voice Over screen readers
  • audited using WAVE, axe, and Tenon automated accessibility testing services
  • use labels on forms
  • made our pages able to zoom up to 300% and maintain functionality

We occasionally post videos to the blog section of our site. Older posts unfortunately do not include the proper captions outlined as Level AA criteria, but they do include transcripts. We will work going forward to address this. Case studies in the Our Work section may feature video and motion graphic samples that also may or may not contain proper captioning depending on when they were created. We will advocate for accessibility within future projects going forward and will work to add transcripts to existing work samples.
